• By filling out and submitting this registration, the registering person is confirming his or her intent to participate in Transwingvania Brasov Lindy Exchange.

• Teachers preserve the right to change your level if they believe it’s necessary.

• There might be an audition.

•  The number of spaces in each group at the workshops is limited. In the case that space runs out - or a high imbalance between leads and follows in any given group, registrants can be put on a waiting list.

• The Transwingvania organizers will try their best to keep a satisfactory balance at the ratio lead/follow. It’s not their responsibility if a/some lead(s)/follow(s) cancel at the last moment, they don’t come or they just skip some classes, affecting the balance of the classes.

• You will need to pay the amount requested upon registration. Your registration is only complete upon your full payment. If within 10 days a registrant does not pay, his or her registration may be cancelled.

• In case of cancellation of the Exchange due to natural disasters, riots, strike of the airlines and/or civil aviation authority, no refund will be made to the participants whatsoever.

• Insurance lies in the responsibility of the participants. The Transwingvania organizers are not responsible for any injury you might have during the festival. The venue has its own security policy.

• The Transwingvania organizers reserve the right to use any photographs and film taken during the event for promotional reasons.

• The Transwingvania organizers are required to commit to all efforts in guaranteeing all participants an awesome time at Transwingvania Brasov Lindy Exchange.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• In case of cancellation by the participants no refunds will be given under any circumstances.

• If for any reason you have to cancel your registration, you can transfer your registration to another name, at the same level and the role (lead/follow) as you.

• If you registered as a couple and your partner cancels, we preserve the right to cancel your registration, if we consider it necessary to keep the balance of the classes. There are no refunds of your payment.

• If the event is cancelled by the organizers you will be refunded 90%
